Privacy Policy
This policy describes what the current version of the app actually does. It is a factual description, not legal advice, and it does not claim compliance with the laws of every country. Selami Ersin Isenkul should have it reviewed before publication.
The short version
The app plays puzzles on your device. It has no advertising, no accounts, no third-party analytics and no tracking, and it does not collect personal information about you or your child.
Information we collect
None. We — the developer — receive no information from the app. There is no server to send it to.
In particular the app never asks for, stores or transmits a child’s name, age, date of birth, photograph, voice, contact details, location, or any advertising or device identifier.
Information stored on the device
Two things are saved locally, in the app’s own private storage area:
- Settings
- Whether sound and haptics are on, and whether a parent has turned on “Unlock All Levels”.
- Puzzle progress
- Which puzzles were finished, when, at what board size and difficulty, how many moves and hints were used, and how many stars were earned.
This information stays on the device. It is not uploaded, backed up to our servers, shared or sold, because there are no servers involved at any point.
Deleting the stored information
A parent can erase all puzzle progress at any time using Reset Progress in the Parent Zone, which is behind a parental gate. Deleting the app removes its stored data from the device, subject to how the platform handles app deletion and any device backups you have chosen to make.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no third-party software development kits of any kind. It performs no tracking as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, and does not request tracking permission.
Network use
Gameplay is entirely offline. The app makes no network requests of its own.
The one exception is deliberate and parent-initiated: the Parent Zone offers links to this privacy page and to the support page. Those open in your browser, and only after an adult has passed the parental gate. Once you follow such a link you are on the web, where your browser and the site’s host apply their own terms.
Children
The app is designed for young children. It requests no permissions, contains no chat, no user-generated content, no social features and no external links on any child-facing screen. Every link out of the app and every parent-only control sits behind the parental gate.
The Premium purchase
Some board sizes and difficulties are part of a one-time purchase called Premium. Buying it does not change what we collect, because we still collect nothing.
- The purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, your name or your address.
- The app does not store a record of the purchase itself. Whether Premium is active is read from Apple’s own on-device record each time the app opens, so it also works offline.
- We do not record the price paid, the currency, the country you bought in, the date, or any purchase history.
- The purchase is not linked to your child’s puzzle progress, and neither is used to identify anyone.
Buying, restoring and any refund are matters between you and Apple, under Apple’s privacy policy. We hold no record we could look up, correct or delete on your behalf.
What Apple may collect
This policy covers the app itself. Downloading and running an app from the App Store also involves Apple, which collects information under its own privacy policy. We do not control that and make no claims about it.
Future versions
If a future version changes what is stored, or introduces any service that transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
